You often express your feelings and form satisfying relationships.   Sharing both negative and positive feelings helps cope with stress. You have generally close and caring relationships and enjoy people involvement.  Focus on increasing your closeness. You like being flexible and spontaneous, but still like having some rules.  You tend to like change and can use it to help reduce your stress. You generally feel positive about your life.  It is often free of tension.  You understand your goals and your future seems promising.

Moderate

You have few stressful issues.  You appear to use your coping resources to keep stress manageable. It is sometimes difficult to be active and positive in your problem solving.  Try to develop new skills in this area. You have some difficulty expressing your feelings, especially negative ones.  More honest communication helps cope with stress. You generally prefer being alone, working alone, and keeping feelings more to yourself.  Create closeness for support when under stress. You tend to prefer clear rules, predictability, and careful decision-making.  Being open to change may reduce the stress in your life. You occasionally feel happy with your life, but it may include tensions and problems.  You may be unsure of your goals and future.

You have little stress in this aspect of your life.  You take full advantage of your coping resources. It is difficult for you to actively problem solve.  Give priority to developing these skills. You seldom express your feelings, especially negative ones.  Improve communication to reduce stress. You enjoy being alone much more than being with others.  Building relationships will help you cope with stress. You prefer set rules, orderliness, and careful decisions.  Learning to be more flexible may reduce stress in your life. You feel less positive about life and often experience pressures and problems.  Focus on finding alternative solutions.
