Anger a form of meditation

Anger can be transcended in truly authentic and non-avoidant way, freeing us from the implus to blindly react to or act out of anger  and offering us instead a vital third option in place of either representing or managing anger or letting out. That is why giving ourselves time to be fully aware of any inwardly felt anger as well as time to stay with affirm and fully feel that anger is far from being something nonspiritual.  Instead it is one of the important forms of meditation needed in today’s conflict-ridden world.

Hence the subject meditations on anger, themselves borne out of meditative and affirmative awareness of anger or rather borne out of outrage towards outrageous acts. Indeed perhaps in the world ‘outrage” we can hear the hint of state of anger awareness, that whilst arising from the highest intensity of anger. Nevertheless or for that very reason, transcends or out-strips that anger and rage, thereby undermining the need to act it out in angry, ranging or violent way. Anger and rage are emotion. Outrage is state. heard is the way, the word ‘outrage’ itself could be taken as a pointer or even as a type of synonym for type of anger Awareness, a state of awareness that propels us in the direction of aware, non-violent and forward looking actions in response to the outrageous.

Anger is a state of mind where mind is focused as if single-pointedness, the ultimate state of meditation one can achieve. To utilize the state in productive task is difficult and almost impossible. The meditation is only way to control the state of mind. Anger itself or anger alone will have always destructive result and its universal truth.
